Account & Data Deletion

Users of games published by CosmicTrinityGames can request deletion of their game account and associated data.

How to request account deletion

Send an email to:

help.cosmictrinitygames@gmail.com

Use the subject:

Account Deletion Request

Please include:

  • Game name
  • Player ID / User ID, if available
  • Email address associated with the account, if applicable
  • Sign-in method used, such as Google Play Games, Facebook, or another supported login method

We may contact you to verify ownership of the account before processing the deletion request.

What will be deleted

After your account deletion request is verified, we will delete data associated with the applicable game account, which may include:

  • Game account/profile
  • Player ID and account associations
  • Game progress
  • Cloud save data
  • Game-related account data

Data that may be retained

Certain information may be retained when required for:

  • Legal or regulatory obligations
  • Fraud prevention
  • Security
  • Transaction or financial record requirements

Any retained information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Deleting your game account does not delete your Google, Facebook, Apple, or other third-party account.
