No Unsolicited Game Ideas

Do not send game ideas expecting compensation. If you send such ideas, we may use them without payment.

For games that do support child-friendly use, we follow:

6. Virtual Items & Purchases

All in-app purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or platform rules.

Unauthorized trading or selling of accounts or items is strictly prohibited.

7. Purchases Through App Stores

If you make purchases through:

  • Apple App Store

then:

  • Their refund rules apply
  • Their subscription cancellation rules apply
  • You must contact the respective store for billing issues

We do not control platform refunds, invoices, errors, or subscription management.

15. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes will be handled by the courts located in Junagadh, Gujarat, India.
